for some reason your receptionists are are unhelpful
The self check in monitor needs to tell us who we are,otherwise we cannot be sure we have checked in properly.At the moment it only tells us we have checked in but does not identify us by name.

The self check in screen will not confirm names because the functionality of it is not set up in that way. Unfortunately we can not change this. Excellent service by Julie and Linda to resolve a problem with the medication on my prescription.As a result i was advised a review of my medication was required and an appointment booked for a diabetic medication review .Nobody told me this before. Many Thanks to you both.
